A native of Washington State in the United States, I have lived and worked in Germany since 1989. I hold an MA in Languages and Humanities from the University of Freiburg, Germany, and a Master of Business Administration from the Graduate School of Business Administration Zürich (GSBA), Switzerland.

With over twenty-five years experience in International Human Resources Management, Coaching and Consulting, I have worked for international companies and government entities in several sectors including RICOH, Dow Jones, Hoffmann-LaRoche, Vermilion Energy, and the German Foreign Ministry.

Among my clients include executives and teams working for Pfizer, Coca-Cola, and Leica as well as in established startups with a solid base of investment capital.

I follow a systemic-integral approach to coaching, combing the latest in research- based methods and tools from various fields, including Adult Development Theory, Integral Leadership, and neurosciences to help clients discover and develop their full human potential as expressed through their work to make a positive impact in the world.

I am certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF), the largest and oldest association of professional coaches, and adhere to the ICF's high standards for training, coaching and ethics. I also hold certification as a Team Development Coach by the European Coaching Association (ECA).
